Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Personal care items (if opened)
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return. You can call us, email us, or use the contact form on our website.
- Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt
- We will inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that doesn't match your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
